Guest books, part deux

I figured I'd throw a little French in there (that's about all I know!), seeing as how our honeymoon is two weeks in France.

If you wanted to know how I made the guest books, since Paul's detailed how I made the invitations (thanks, P!), check out the post about them on my fledgling (and back-burnered) FramesByDana blog.

I heart social media

Thanks to this blog and the guest book associated with it (go sign it if you haven't already!), I've reconnected from a dear friend of mine who I haven't spoken to in a few years now.

Thanks, K.O., for signing the guest book! I've written you a snail mail card, which should go out tomorrow in the mail.

I do so heart social media... :-)

Guest books

Instead of one guest book, we've decided to go with a book per table. They're all different, but here's one example:

Guest books

The guest books, which I'm making, are coming right along. I realized last night that to do much else, I'll need yellow ribbon, so I'll get that soon. I'll post a few pictures when they're done. I adapted an idea I found in a wedding craft book that I sat down with in the middle of Michaels one day. There will be a guest book per table instead of one book for everyone.

Wasted post

So that took me a whole 4 minutes! Thanks, UltraGuest!

We're so very geeky... :-)

Go, thee, and SIGN!

Blog guest book

We need a guest book! Does anyone know of a widget we can put in the template code (that works with Blogger) so ppl can tell us who they are?

Here's why we want it: yesterday, 69 unique visitors hit 249 times. Today, at 1:53 p.m. ET, we already have 142 unique visitors for 402 page views. We wanna know who you are, not just that you're hitting our blog from Watertown (MA), Weymouth (MA), Hartford, LA, Sunnyvale (CA), Issaquah (WA)...

You do seem to be staying on to read, though, which is cool.

Anyway, if you know of a Blogger widget for a guest book, let us know!
